John Stewart Company is the professional property management company for the Villages at Treasure Island, previously the Naval Station Treasure Island. With 30 years of experience in property management, our company provides diversified housing management services. We have expanded services throughout California, with four regional offices in Sacramento, South Bay, Los Angeles and San Diego. We have staff of 1,300 personnel managing approximately 375 properties that house 27,000 tenants.
